Roof Drain Repair - Received from Facility Services: Shane was dispatched to HNSB for a ceiling leak in room 1127 on work order 448797. He was able to identify that upstairs in rooms R2004, 2007, 2007A, and the C2020 hallway there is drain piping for the roof drains that are cracked and leaking. He is going to try and get a tarp and maybe use some flex tape on the piping since there is going to be rain this week. The plumbers just repaired the drain piping in labs 2109, 2115, and 2119 last week. Is this something that small projects should look at? Received preliminary approval from Wendy Kisch to fund repairs thru Capital Renewal. Need to get cost estimate to receive final approval & work tag confirmation.
