Please start a project request to have the the 7 tier contactors switch over to metasys to be able to control the lighting. Please refer to Mike McCoy as he is familiar with the situation.

Building grounding system. The past electrical manager was tasked with obtaining a quote from DDM for this work. When I contacted them they told me that there was never a request from FP&M for a quote. Moving forward we will need a written scope of work for the grounding improvements before we can get a price from a contractor. This is something that we would not do in house at this time so this can go to the design team. I was told that Brian Dangelser and Mike Olson have more knowledge on the subject.

Please start a new project request for Parks Library. We would like to go over lighting options for all 7 tiers. We would like Troy Bowers to be the electrical engineer on the project. We would like to meet with several vendors (3E and M&M) to go over options for replacement lighting in all of the tiers.

FPM, Brandon Bartleson worked on this in Mid July and patched the exterior wall but this is still leaking. 293958 was the original work request that has already been closed out. Please look into this farther. Below the two large skylights in the SE corner of 002, and in the SE corner of the study rooms 003 and 004 after a rain the carpet is always wet from the wall to about 2' out. The wall is not visibly wet or dripping when this happens. We have had issue before judging by the peeling paint and multiple caulking jobs to the glass. This seems to be a foundation issue that needs to be addressed. Area is close to storm drain that has issues holding water or being clogged. See Justin Nolting or Shane Baumler for more information.

Please start a project request to have space on ground floor room 005 be looked at for a possible walk in freezer/refrigerator location. This will be to explore options for film storage that is slowly deteriorating and needs a cool climate to slow the process. Use PG103217 for worktag.

Please provide a cost range for a replacement sprinkler system in Stacks Area 036 and 035. This would be to develop a plan for eventual coverage of future compact shelving in the area. We would like to have the Engineering Team review the recently installed Water Heater for Code Compliance and safety in the mechanical room and develop a detailed plan to correct any deficiencies found that could be either shared with a contractor or in-house staff. An engineering probable cost estimate would be appreciated.

We would like to use the Amobi pilot program to place an "Amobi Desk" and "Amobi Team" in the NW corner of 2nd floor "RM240" and the NW corner of 3rd floor "RM350". Parks Library Rm M0092C Provide hydraulic calculation plate for west riser (1980s) design area at the bottom of the riser in room M0092C. This is a result of 2024 Fire Marshall Inspection

Parks Library, Rm M0092C Riser control valve labeling needs to be adjusted to reflect sprinkler system changes. Some of the building wet zones are now on the Tiers Riser, so "Tiers" and "Main Building" tables are no longer accurate. Labeling should be as clear an unambiguous possible.
