Dan Sloan and Brandi Latterell are familiar with this request. Exterior repair/replacement are needed to minimize foundation issues at the Lied Recreation Athletics Center. Repair/replacement of the DMU infill and flashing a the top of the exterior wall on the west sided of the training room.

Dan Sloan and Brandi Latterell are familiar with this request. Interior of Lied Recreation Athletic Center multiple doors and frames need replaced. Frames must be able to withstand slab movement without affecting the function of the doors. Block walls need to be replaced with light weight metal framing and wallboard. All work must be done from May 15-August 15. It is possible to split into phase if needed. See attachment on specific locations, doors, and walls.

Trees need to be removed and replaced with lesser invasive vegetation to minimize roots from removing moisture from under the foundation.

We have two dumpsters at Lied on the west end of the building. One is on the mulch bedding and looks bad. Can we look at putting in a cement pad down for it to sit on? Is there any way we can mask (hide) that dumpster? I would like an estimate on this cost and thoughts about what could make it look more appealing.
