Current Projects in Martin Hall

The Kitchenettes in Martin Hall have residential recirculating hoods over the stoves. The lounge/kitchenette has non-opening windows. As a result, the fire department had difficulty venting smoke from the space. They eventually asked a couple of residents to prop their room doors open and open their windows. We would like to change the windows in these seven rooms to operable windows. The estimated budget for this is $60K. We would like an architect (internal or external) to specify new operable windows.
