Administrative Office area is in need of new paint and carpet. We would like the office area painted and then work with approved contractors for new carpet. Separate Project: PR1118123 Office area on the retails sales floor (1150) painted and carpeted. Work will need to be planned in advance as retail store hours during the semester are Sunday through Saturday. Project to be completed no later than January 1, 2024

Textbook retail space: looking at options for either expanding retail footprint or creating a storage location which would eliminate product storage at off site location. The bookstore reserves the right to hire a third party retail consultant for a greater understanding to the lay out of the space and potential new lines that could be considered. Would like a potential completion by May 31, 2024 prior to 2024 Summer Orientation in June.

Bike Maintenance Station Replacement

Rm 4530 - Install cubicle walls for two staff desks located in central/open area. One may just need privacy screens. Rm 4530 - Central/open area will be used as graduate student work spaces. We want to explore alternative arrangement for the existing furniture, addition of desk privacy panels and rolling drawers/file cabinets. Rm 4558 - This is currently a space for multiple grad students. It needs to be converted into a staff office. Desk needs to be extension to match other staff L-shaped desks. Rm 4567E - Additional locked cabinets are needed to store documents. Cabinets may not be located in this area but need to be easily accessible for staff and students working at the front desk.
