Current Projects in Memorial Union

We have some concrete issues with spalling and some falling off a structural beam in one of the Mechanical Rooms of the Memorial Union. Can I please ask that we have someone come over and complete a structural engineering/observation/recommendation report on how to correct the deficiency? The room is Room 0333 of the Memorial Union. Furniture acquisition. Have been speaking with Rebecca Cantrell and request her as our support. The acquisition will include a desk, storage units, a table and chairs as well as some small privacy walls. Additional location information: This will be a small desk office area right outside the area known as 1580J. This will be for the Student Government Admin Assistant. The Memorial Union is the sponsoring Department, but funds will come from ISU Student Government Work tags to attach: Funds will be provide by ISU Student Government once a price and legislation is approved through their senate. As part of the 2nd and 3rd East project we engaged Rebecca on replacement of lobby furniture for MU 1580. Due to project flow, we had to discontinue that planning during the project. However, a majority of the planning was completed, and we have 2 more pieces to place, and then get the order going. This project is to finish the planning (previous planning was already paid for on another project, so this project will pay for planning from point forward), as well as purchase and install. Additional location information: This is for the lobby furniture in the 1580 Suite. Rebecca Cantrall did a majority of the design for the lobby on the 2nd and 3rd project, but we need to finish it up and order. This project will go along with previous and current projects that Rebecca Cantrall has completed for us in the space, I would love to be able to have her assigned to this project for continuity. We have a new staff member starting and need to convert 5567A from a storage room to an office. It needs to have the same office furniture that was ordered for the other offices on this floor when the area was remodeled in 2022. My office, 5567C seems to be the same or similar floor plan. We also want to order the same additional items we ordered after we moved into the space, which included: a behind-the-door coat hook, an overhead bin, a wall tack board, and a whiteboard.
