Please develop a Cost Range Estimate to create on opening between rooms 1058 & 1060, and replace existing fluorescent light fixtures with (dimmable to completely dark) LED light fixtures in room 1054A. PG100995 DD03131 Amy Tremain has details.

Please estimate the cost of replacing the casework in this laboratory.

Work includes but is not limited to install new light fixtures and power cord reel, new epoxy lab table tops and casework. Remove sink. Update HVAC which includes but is not limited to extending ductwork, relocation of thermostat, installation of new diffusers and grilles.

Remove the existing non grounded power system and install a traditional non surgical electrical panels to feed the labs. Troy Bowers is aware of the situation.

Please provide an estimate to transfer an existing 208-volt outlet in room 1215 from a standard panel to an emergency panel. The lab PI (Dr. Thippeswamy) is placing a -80C freezer in the room and needs the freezer connected to a backup power source. Aaron Moses has the details.

This project is going to encompass the entire demolition of the old cage washers in VMRI 40 and Patterson Hall and install of the new cage washers in both buildings. V{TH department would like to swap the women's and men's locker rooms in Patterson 1604/1604A and 1608/1608A. The urinals need to be removed from the men's old side, and the privacy divider removed too. We will also need to install new signs on the locker rooms (both sides).

We would like to have the Engineering Team review the recent Heat Exchanger Installation for code compliance and safety in the mechanical room M2220 and develop a detailed plan to correct any deficiencies found that could be shared with either a contractor or in-house staff. An engineering probable cost estimate would be appreciated.
