We would like to explore converting this space into a faculty lab space. We are looking for an estimate to renovate this for faculty member, Tess Neal. Refresh the appearance of Science 233 with a fresh coat of paint, fresh carpet, fresh ceiling/lights, and cleanup/refinish the exposed wooden details in the room. The color scheme for the paint and carpet will be from the standard color palette already selected for the university/psych that the department has been using for other space refreshments.

The ongoing problem with the ceiling AC unit needs to be elevated to a project. Year after year the occupants of this space have to deal with various leaks from an AC unit that was poorly installed and constantly leaks. It seems it is not possible to properly repair this unit so it may be time to replace it.

We are looking for estimates to renovate the 486/488 Science Hall suite. This may become a shared lab space between faculty members Tess Neal and Chris Meissner.

This project includes the evaluation of existing signage, room numbering, and space allocations, and preparation of design and documentation to install new university standard accessible signage and new wayfinding signage in Science Hall.

I would like to get some estimates and options for student lockers to be put in the hallways outside of the teaching laboratories in Science 1. The students can not bring coats into the lab and the lockers we currently have are very small and do not accommodate backpacks or big coats. I would also like the lockers to possibly have a key code for users to use for locking items. I need to know an estimate of this project and if it is feasible for us to move forward, what the time frame would be, etc..
