We would like to add permanent building lighting under the central staircase SICTR 0201 in the basement atrium, SICTR 0010, to better light the area directly under the staircase. This should be similar to what lighting was added under the Stepitorium stairs on first floor. Please provide a cost range estimate we can present to our Executive Director for approval. Thank you!

We have had multiple complaints of excessive noise from the air ducts in both room 1133 and 1118 in SICTR. Both rooms can get noisy enough people cannot hear each other without yelling when the air is flowing. Neither room has a false ceiling and if a wrap or padding added to the ducts in the rooms would not mitigate the noise level, it will likely require a barrier be added between the occupied area of the room and the duct work above. Purchase student lockers for Apparel program/courses (AESHM Dept) offered in SICTR.

ATTN: Rebecca Cantrall. We need to purchase 3-4 more 30” D x 60” W x 30½” H white metal framed, butcher block top, tables likely manufactured by Wynn O. Jones or another equivalent of the same height for our 2260 open collaboration space.

SICTR 3121 open study space is currently getting a door installed and will be re-designated 3112 AI Innovation Studio. This new AI Makerspace will have up to 8 computer work stations with a beefy server, and a fleet of small cameras, 1 wall mounted large digital TV display with solstice capability, and a mobile digital TV display. We need to make sure we have the electrical circuits and receptacles installed where we need them, as well as the data run for the computer workstations and wall mounted display, in order to run this new studio. Attached is a mock up drawing of the initial plan layout of the equipment listed above, a screen shot of the Data Jack map, as well as the plan sheets and record drawings of the space provided to us by Steve Larson. Remove existing 4th floor security grille and replace existing security curtain with a manually operated system. The new system would keep existing structural track with minimal lock down posts (5) to be operated outside of grille. The work costs includes modifications to pocket with support of modified track.

This is for rooms SICTR 4227 & 4229. Each room has a floor to ceiling window. I need both of these windows cleaned inside and outside.
