Need to stop illicit discharge into storm sewer. 1. A transformer vault on the SW corner contains a floor drain to storm sewer. Should this transformer fail, oil could feasibly reach the sewer. 2. A mechanical room on the SW corner contains an air handling unit drained to storm. This is located on the floor above the basement. 3. Two mechanical rooms contain floor drains to the storm sewer.
