The CY staff says the wood finish on almost all the banisters and railings is coming off. They're worried about people getting splinters and the wood getting ruined.

Investigate the cost of installing new stair lights at CY Stephens.

Install 4 coils (2 for each) AHU4 and AHU2. Coils have been patched to make it through cooling season but need replacement. New coils are being stored at the South Campus Storage Facility until needed. Coils were ordered by Eric Zierke on WO# 368679.

Replace glass on the window on ground floor vestibule on the west side of the ticket office. Also repair steel support under the window as well.

Repair or patch damaged concrete on sidewalk between SE tower entrance and stairs to street level. Repair or patch damaged sidewalk outside northeast corner of Stephens Auditorium. Repair and patch areas of spalling concrete on northwest stairs to north upper patio and numerous areas of concrete damage on north upper patio.
