Northwest corner bricks are missing and need repair. The limestone cap on the retaining wall needs to be replaced. Appears that the planter soil on the backside maybe causing water not to drain from the flashing under the cap, then freezing. There is also open joints. We would like to enhance 13-16 graduate student offices with new carpet, new desks (2 desks per office), and chairs (2 chairs per office). Depending on cost, we may want to paint, also.
