Replace emergency power generator with abandoned generator from Gerdin

Provide cost analysis and possible solutions for overhead door issues in the north structures lab, room 130 Wooden overhead door -- the north door on the west side: Door is in bad condition and is not used because of this. Provide estimate to infill. West side, south door: Provide estimate to upgrade the seal package to reduce excessive infiltration and rodents through gaps. Please provide a plan and detailed estimate for new furniture in Town 210. I had briefly discussed this with Rebecca but I don’t think we ever got to the point of a drawing. Maybe we did and I just don’t remember it.

Cost per door will suffice at this time. 2) PR1229910-TOWN-0134-335113-Carpet Replacement: Replace carpet in Town 134, ~1011 square feet 3) PR1229912-TOWN-General-335115-Hallway Furniture Replacement: Replace furniture and add outlets in the north-south hallway on the west side of Town Engineering 4) This is being added to a larger Capital Project: Replace cabinetry in Town 160; replace or update the flooring in this room 5) PR1229911-TOWN-0178-335114-Acoustic Panels: Acoustic panels in Town 178 6) PR1229913-TOWN-0210-335116-Furniture Replacement: Please provide a plan and detailed estimate for new furniture in Town 210. We would like to have the Engineering Team review the recently replaced Heat Exchanger for code compliance and safety in the mechanical room and develop a detailed plan to correct any deficiencies found that could be shared with either a contractor or in-house staff. An engineering probable cost estimate would be appreciated.
