The Chinese Tree Lilac was selected as a suitable small ornamental tree that would fit into the Lagomarcino courtyard’s space and sheltered environment. This tree, native to China, was also selected as a way to honor ISU’s strong partnership and program connection with Chinese universities and the many Chinese students who come to study on our campus every year.
