Routine Custodial Services Special Projects
Special Event Support Customer Requested Service
Billed Services  

Routine Custodial Services (Monday through Friday 4am-4:00pm)

Routine Operations:

  • Provided Monday through Friday
  • Hours vary, most services: Monday through Friday 4am-4:00pm.
  • Emergency response 7 days a week, 24hrs/day

Consisting Of:

  • Sweeping, Dusting, Mopping
  • Sanitizing, Restroom care, Locker room care
  • Emptying Trash
  • Provide support for Paper recycle
  • Re-lamping
  • Washing entrance windows
  • Snow removal at building entrances
  • Response to special needs
  • Daily Interaction with Customer

Special Projects & Special Event Support

  • Scheduled overtime hours 7 days a week, 24hrs/day

Consisting of:

Projects:

  • Sealing and refinishing floors
  • Shampooing carpet and carpet runners
  • Annual space deep cleaning
  • Shampooing upholstered furniture

Events: 

  • Preparation for event
  • Restroom care
  • Trash receptacle management
  • Trash pickup
  • Spill management

Customer Requested Services

  • Provided after covering routine services

Consisting of:

  • Customer cleaning needs beyond routine services

Billed Services

  • Scheduled with customer 7 days a week, 24 hrs/day

Consisting of:

  • Non general university funded areas
  • Special events
  • Customer requested special projects
