WHY: Building facade is compromised. Lot 19 will remain closed until a safety solution is in place.

NOTES: Driveway Shut Down around LVMC Sept 16- Oct 4
The driveway around the LVMC will once again need to be closed to widen the driveway and complete repairs. This work includes concrete removal, repairs, and pouring new concrete. Due to curing time and possible weather delays, please expect the driveway to be closed until approximately October 2nd.
Beginning Wednesday Sept 16th
Work will include:
Widening the driveway between receiving and Ward 1.
Removing and replacing the curb and drainage structures along the driveway by the PEF, in front of ward 2.
Client entrance into reception will remain the same. Equine patients can still enter through receiving
The driveway around the LVMC will be inaccessible throughout construction
ISO Patients:
Must access via 16th St → Entrance B
ICU Patients:
May enter through: (front desk should talk to staff/clinician for preference)
Main receiving doors
East end of the main spline (by camelid area)
16th St → Entrance B
The back automatic gate requires a door opener for incoming clients outside of business hours.
**Construction will also be taking place along the north side of the new ICU expansion. It should not have an impact on clients or patients coming to the LVMC.**
Clear communication with clients, especially in emergency situations, will be critical during this time. Please help ensure clients are directed appropriately and are aware of these temporary changes.

ALTERNATE ROUTE: Please travel around Lake LaVerne via Lincoln Way and Morrill Road.
WHY: Construction Activities require the closure of Union Drive north of Lake LaVerne.

NOTES: Lot 96A will be closed for construction activities on Monday, July 21. The lot will remain closed thru the duration of the project, October 2026. Alternate parking is available in Lot 96.
