To all employees,
Please be aware that 4 spaces in parking lot 28A East- Metals Development will be closed on Monday, March 16th, affecting those who park in that lot.
Reason for closure:
During the scheduled parking space shut down, we will be switching out our construction dumpster for the METALLIC project in MD 150. As a reminder, this will be an ongoing occurrence throughout the project. We appreciate your flexibility during those times.

• Parking lot 28A East of Metals Development
What to expect
Please plan to park in Lot 29 or Lot 30 during this time.

Please review the attachment for alternative parking locations while (12) stalls are blocked off in Lot 28 north of MD for construction on the MD roof. Ames Lab employees can park anywhere in the red clouded area marked on the attached site plan.

The Metals Development Roof project, part of the AIM project, continues (weather permitting). (12) stalls will be used as a staging/work area for the roofing contractor (see attachment).

AFFECTED PARKING LOT # & LOCATION: Lot 96A and access drive
WHY: Construction activities.

NOTES: Lot 96A will be closed for construction activities on Monday, July 21. The lot will remain closed thru the duration of the project, October 2026. Alternate parking is available in Lot 96.
A temporary drive will be in place Tuesday morning, Tuesday, July 22 for daily deliveries.
