About Planning Services
Planning Services is responsible for optimizing campus resources, including land, buildings, and circulation infrastructure, to meet programmatic facility needs for the university. Planning personnel serve the campus community through physical planning and capital development, lead the capital planning process, conduct space planning studies and assessments, manage the space data inventory, and schedule instructional spaces. Our team collaborates with faculty, staff, students, administrators, and other FPM units to develop solutions in support of the university’s mission and strategic plans. We engage our partners in the process and strive to develop and foster long-term, trusting relationships.
