Quality Improvement Award

On November 5, 2002, the Ames Chamber of Commerce, Quality Ames Council 2002 gave their Quality Improvement award to Iowa State University Facilities Planning and Management for excellence in implementing Continuous Process Improvement.

This award is testimony to the ongoing efforts of all in FPM and communicates the message of a job well done by the organization's staff on our quality journey towards achieving world-class status.
